Changelog for the server #2

Hey everyone,

This is the new changelog for the server. Enjoy.

New plugins:

Added in Muter - Players now have the ability to mute other players.

Added in FishPeople - Wearing a gold helmet now gives players the ability to breathe under water.

Added in Citizens - I'm just testing this plugin.

Configuration:

Added new permissions to the default user group - This entails the plugin permissions above.

Promoted Whakkez to a Grandmother - Thank you for your support Whak

Closed the Grandmother group off. No other users are able to join said group by donating.

Gave item spawning abilities to CynicalCondor, Emcdona, and Darkclasko/taiyou - Moderators, if you notice them abusing said power let me know :] And a quick reminder, you are prohibited from using that command to benefit yourself.

Updated plugins:

I'm not sure what else needs to be updated so Alric, if you see this, check the bukkit plugin list to see if any of our plugins have been updated after June 7th.

Removed:

Requests - Unused.

I think that covers the entire changelog.
Those that have their new powers, you are only allowed to use them for the Project. Also, if I missed anything, just let me know.

Okay, so

Yes it is ONLY for the underwater city. If you are caught doing something else with it, you will most likely be temporarily banned, and lose the command.

I take this very serious, and so should the people with the command. Also, if another user sees said person doing the opposite of what I told them to do, they should report it ASAP.

Sweet. Underwater city sounds bitchin'.
How about a temple in tribute to poseidon?
