we already have essentials....

but what about these:

forums.bukkit.org/threads/mech-spoutbackpack-v1-9-give-your-players-a-backpack-permissions-economy-more-1060.30778/ it's a backpack plugin. it puts a configureable chest on your back when you hit "p". It could be 9 slots or it could be 54 slots.
